Both teams struggled to master the table in this final. Ric was lucky to win the opening game for the Horse by the narrowest margin, but the Fish pulled ahead, Jim and Ray winning the next two games. Jan levelled the match, beating Les, in her seventh finals night game without a rest, and Richard sealed victory with a steady last game.
